  Went to website, requested an appointment someone called promptly but informed me the visit was 99 -150 dollars for 15 min. ONLY. Said they could not say whether the PA could provide a service for the 15 min I was there. Would have to pay again for another appointment, lasing another 15min. Do not mind paying for a service but do mind paying for no service. Used Uhhmm too many times, I suspect she was uncomfortable telling people the amount they will pay for no service.

  I penned this letter to the office manager after our last visit, which ended up with us changing doctors. Very poorly run office, front desk staff have "attitudes" and office manager could care less. I did get a response back from the office manger but it was more of the same. We came in for our annual appointment today, which was scheduled last year. After about 10 minutes of staring at her computer screen and not speaking to us, the person at the check in (short sandy hair) informed us that we did not have appointments today. She said a letter was sent. Obviously we didn’t get it. Our address has changed but mine should have been updated in your system as I’ve been in the office since we moved and provided that information. No apology from her. I think that’s the worst part. She just insisted you’d sent a letter. She said it would be a very long time before we could be rescheduled. So you canceled and now want to make it as inconvenient as possible for us to reschedule? Not cool. After our protesting, the scheduler next to her must have had a cancellation because she offered that to one of us for the next morning. But then she could not find an appointment for the other one and had to put me on a call list! Really? Her attitude was about as uncaring as a potato. A potato might have cared more. After we left, I knew I would not be back as I just can’t deal with that kind of attitude. Condescending, uncaring, unapologetic. My husband decided he can’t either. We should have asked to speak to the office manager, but then thought, it was probably the office manager that approved mailing letters instead of calling patients to inform them of a cancellation and reschedule them at the same time. That’s no way to treat your patients and I am sure that wouldn’t be acceptable if we did that to you. My husband said it wasn’t worth his time to have this conversation…but I am letting you know on the off chance that you are not aware of how your front desk staff and scheduling office is treating your patients.
